"My parents have been with these lawyers for over 10 years and ok I understand because the pandemic cases got backed up , how is it that it’s been 6 years and every year they cancel their court date & tell them to wait. My parents have been waiting since I was 13 , I am 23 now and there was been no improvements. We ask for explanations as to why and they don’t give us a why. "I NEVER write reviews. Ever. But the fact that this arrogant and Mr thinks he’s high and mighty, Raymond Fasano, thinks he can speak to people the way he spoke to my parents is disgusting! One question he was asked, if to fill out papers they had to go to the office and he responded that of course! He told them that if their car broke down they would take it to the mechanic. What kind of example is that? He basically insinuated it was a stupid question. The question was asked because nowadays most things are done electronically, so it wasn’t a stupid question. Also to state you are way too busy and don’t have time for those kind of questions is just laughable. $100 for less than an hour should be enough for your time, unless you expect to be paid more. I hope you do see this message Raymond Fasano. You are no better than anyone just because you have a degree. I work with a criminal defense attorney and I have never had clients act as rude as you."
